Madison Co, AL (April 4, 2025) – A serious head-on injury collision occurred on Friday afternoon, April 4, in Madison County, sending three individuals to the hospital. The crash happened just before 12:30 p.m. on Jordan Road near Huntsville, according to Huntsville Emergency Management Services Inc. (HEMSI).
Authorities report that two cars collided head-on under circumstances still under investigation. Emergency responders, including HEMSI paramedics, Madison County Sheriff’s deputies, and Huntsville Fire & Rescue crews, quickly arrived on the scene. Firefighters assisted in extricating the individuals trapped in the wreckage, while deputies secured the crash site and directed traffic around the area.
All three victims were transported to Huntsville Hospital. Two sustained non-life-threatening injuries, while the third victim was listed in critical condition upon arrival. Jordan Rd was temporarily closed to allow first responders to clear the debris and begin a preliminary investigation into the cause of the crash.
The incident remains under investigation by Madison County authorities.
