Mobile, AL – Two Injured in Car Crash with Police on Overlook Rd

Mobile, AL (August 14, 2023) – A car accident reported in the Mobile area sent two people to area hospitals with injuries. The crash occurred just before 8:00 p.m. on August 12.

According to reports, an SUV belonging to the Prichard Police Department was involved in a collision with a second vehicle on Overlook Road. The impact of the crash caused the SUV to overturn and come to rest upright on its wheels.

The officer and a second victim were injured in the accident. EMS responded to the scene to render aid to the victims. The two victims were then transported to area hospitals for further medical care.

At this time, the incident is being investigated.
